Отель очень аккуратный. Рядом станция Yenikapı, с которого можно уехать и на метро, и на Мармарай, и на автобусах, и на трамвае. Рекомендую всем. Около отеля есть магазины одежды, продуктов, обуви, сумок. Все понравилось. Любим Стамбул и отель Мекка

“Sejur în scop turistic de 14 nopți”

We stayed for 14 nights in room 705 on the 7th floor for tourism, a second visit after a pleasant stay about two years ago, and we had high expectations based on our previous experience. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were severely lacking: towels were changed only once during the entire stay, and at one point they became so dirty that we could not use them; vacuuming, floor washing, and towel replacement were not carried out properly until we contacted the hotel staff via Booking and explicitly requested intervention. Another issue was the lack of toilet paper: for two adults over 14 nights, we received only two rolls in total, and we had to ask for a second roll because no staff had checked or replenished supplies. We ultimately had to buy our own napkins, as toilet paper was only available in sets. Breakfast was also a major disappointment compared to our stay two years ago; the selection was very limited and repetitive, featuring mainly tasteless tomato and cucumber slices, two types of olives (which were good), boiled eggs, omelette/menemen, sausages, sliced ham, French fries, lentil cream soup (mercimek), fried dough, two kinds of cheese, tea, and coffee from a machine.

There was nothing good; the place was very dirty, all the furniture was old, poorly maintained, and the apartment felt unsafe.

“Super”

The hotel was great, the staff very pleasant, the rooms excellent, the location close to transport, and overall a fantastic stay—thanks to the hotel staff.
