Breakfast was good, the Waterpark staff were friendly, and the hotel itself was quiet with minimal elevator wait, so overall it was a decent experience. However, when I booked the room they offered an extra bed for my 6‑year‑old grandson, but the staff said fire code forbade it; any extra bedding or towels they brought were whatever they chose. The room had a dehumidifier that I had to empty repeatedly because the humidity was high everywhere. I also had to fix the toilet to make it flush properly; the cleaning and front‑desk staff were not helpful, telling us to empty our own trash cans and put them in another bin by the elevator—nonsense. They didn’t make beds the first night but did the second, so I’m unsure of the policy. Snack and drink prices in the room and lobby were outrageous. I don’t think we’ll return, but I’m not saying it was the worst place we’ve stayed—there were enough negatives to skip it next time.

The spot is centrally located, the facilities area is clean, and the staff are very friendly. The bathroom curtain is stained and dirty.

El area de parque de agua fue lo único bueno que me gusto. yo reserve 4 cuartos y pague extra por uno con sofa cama y no avía disponibles me prometieron dos camas grandes tampoco me dieron ni cama extra 😢. Eso si que no me gusto pague más por ese cuarto y fueron iguales todos
