They upgraded our room, which was very kind, and the staff were super friendly. However, the upgraded room felt underwhelming, combining two rooms without a door between the bedrooms, which might not be ideal.

I love the spot of the hotel, but they took 500 HKG as a deposit and never gave it back – steer clear if you don't want an extra fee for nothing.
