The river’s sound and the staff were extremely welcoming.

La ubicación es buena, el servicio excelente y la comida deliciosa, pero se pudieran tener actividades extra dentro del ryokan.

“Esperienza gradevole,ma prezzo non consono al servizio offerto”

The staff were friendly, but the price was too high for the level of service offered, so I’d rate it 6.0/10.

I love everything about the place: the staff, the rooms, the private onsens, the food… I’ll return if I go back to Moto Hakone.

“Magical”

I really loved the breakfast, dinner, and the service; the staff were very nice and helpful, the place was lovely with a great view from our room, some private onsens could be a bit more cozy while the shared ones were nice, and we enjoyed the experience in the ryokan, but I did not enjoy the shared toilet and had to walk a lot.
