How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

I had notified that I needed to check in at 3 am, but never received a reply. I approached the hotel, the manager came out, we indicated the name on the reservation and were told that at that hour no one was allowed to enter. So we had to leave because they would not allow us in.

Very quiet, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is comfortable. They only provided one soap, one towel and one sheet for two people. They should provide the amount of items appropriate to the number of guests staying.

The room was super clean, no dust anywhere. The only hiccup was that there was no TV, so I had to bring my own tablet. Still, the tidy sheets made up for it.

“Para que ponen en BOOKING si no están pendientes de las reservas”

I booked months ahead, but when I got there they said there were no rooms left and didn't care I was traveling with a baby. They just told me to go somewhere else and left me hanging at 6 pm with the little one.
