“Мы провели прекрасные 3 дня 👍”
Breakfast is great, the location is wonderful, the spa is fabulous, and the staff are perfect 👍. We had a late check‑out and unfortunately could not extend our room, but everything else was fine.

Location is good and staff were generally polite. No staff at arrival to help with luggage or parking, and the reception area was untidy with coffee cups left on tables during check‑in. Rooms are very dated for this price point, no air conditioning or proper ventilation – the room became uncomfortably stuffy, so we had to leave the window open at night for fresh air. No smart TV, the bathroom is old and the shower water pressure is extremely poor. Food quality is mediocre; the burger was particularly bad. The ski shop is not integrated with the hotel and charges cannot be billed to the room. The ski shop itself is very small and limited. There is a strong chlorine smell throughout the corridors because the pool area door was left open.

The staff took excellent care of us—when I needed medication they actually went and fetched it. The hotel offers a wide range of services, a very varied breakfast, a ski‑room where they can issue a lift pass in minutes, and a handy shuttle that drops you off all over Courchevel; after skiing, heading to the indoor/outdoor pool or spa is a real pleasure. On the downside, I couldn’t stand the constant “music” playing in the hallway during the day, which made reading in my room impossible, and it kept going at night too. Although the reception told me it should be turned off at 22:00, over seven nights I experienced: a night where I had to call at 1:15 am because the noise kept me from sleeping, a night when I was woken around 6 am and couldn’t fall back asleep, and a night when at 22:30 the music was still on and I had to call again. Paying over 4000 € a week, I expected to sleep without such disturbance; this flaw is a deal‑breaker for me, so I won’t return and I’d advise others against it unless they enjoy being woken at 6 am or can’t sleep before 1:15 am. I was also surprised by the bed size; the mattress was only 1.90 m wide, and I’m taller than that, so I hung over the edge. A larger bed would be preferable. Additionally, a few line items on the bill were unclear, but I didn’t ask because I was in a hurry to catch a taxi. Finally, the evening hotel service didn’t seem very useful.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, with excellent staff and amenities, but was severely disrupted by loud music in the corridors, subpar bed sizes, and some unclear billing, making it not worth the high price for me.
