Staff was good before 5-6 months now the staff is not polite . they are too arrogant.earlier tv was available in room but when I have visited it was removed.also the guy sitting on the reception in day time is very arrogant. There was no clarity, the staff behaved poorly, and the service was inadequate.

The hotel itself is very good, but the staff isn’t great; I was annoyed by the power cuts at the property.
