Porte de Versailles Hotel

Breakfast was impeccable with a wide selection, and the young lady in charge was very kind. We were warmly welcomed by the entire hotel staff, and the rooms were very clean. Bravo to everyone!

“Clean, convenient, compact.”

The room was clean and comfortable; though small, it had everything needed. The welcome biscuit was a nice touch, though we mainly used the room as a base for sightseeing and didn’t have breakfast there. The nearby metro made exploring Paris easy, and the area had plenty of dining options and a large supermarket just a few minutes’ walk behind the hotel. Reception was always staffed and everyone friendly. As a first‑time visitor to Paris, I was pleased with my choice. The only personal preference was that the air‑con should be a bit cooler; I set it to 18°C on the first night, but it wouldn’t stay that low afterward. I didn’t realize until my friend showed me that the room’s instructions advised against setting it too low to avoid breakdown, so I left it as is and it worked fine.

“Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo”

Cleanliness was good and the location was close to two metro stops. The room was tiny, the hotel had no elevator, and breakfast was modest. Given the price, I expected considerably more.
