Upon arrival we were welcomed by Cátia, who remained very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, only 5 to 10 minutes from Fundão. The breakfast is decent, and although the lounge is small, the atmosphere makes us feel truly at home.

The bed, and bed linen, the large bathroom, the swimmingpool and hot tub, the breakfast, the sympathy of the staff, the lovely swimming pool.and the garden. Location is not ideal, but it's not bad; the living room has a very unfriendly light (ugly, cold, imposing) water in the shower could be warmer. They help a lot with early breakfast, or a sandwich for dinner, if you need - let it be known to everyone, it's an asset!!!

Everything was great—the building is magnificent, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the pool and jacuzzi are real bonuses. The front desk person was friendly and helpful; we asked for restaurant recommendations and she sent us a list via WhatsApp in minutes. Overall I liked everything, except the Wi‑Fi didn’t live up to the property; the signal was weak and my phone couldn’t stay connected for more than a few minutes. Breakfast was good but the staff didn’t inform us about possible scrambled eggs, and we only found out by seeing them on other guests’ tables. Nothing dramatic, but a pity.
