The view of Sapanca Lake and the great breakfast buffet were highlights, and the property was clean. However, reaching it without a car is tough because you have to climb several steep hills, and the rooms lack outlets—there are almost none near the bed for charging phones.

The view was nice, but the pool was not heated despite the cold weather. Breakfast was mediocre, and the location is a bit hard to reach without a car. The staff were okay, yet we were not offered a 15‑minute late check‑out. After checking the booking site, we saw two rooms of the same type still available, suggesting the room wasn’t urgently needed. Overall, given the price, there are better options in Sapanca.

The Syrian staff member at the hotel was excellent, very professional and friendly. We arrived at 10 pm, asked about restaurants in the area, and he treated us to toast and fries – a real pleasure. The location is in a village, far from other services.

Everything was fine, but the view matters for the site. Unfortunately I didn’t try the breakfast. The location is on a hill and you need a car if you want some supplies.
