Good location and very loving staff, the bathroom etc. all matched; in the morning the tents were so stuffy that I could not sleep because I barely had any air; very bad. If that had matched it would have been a truly great accommodation.

I fell ill during my stay in Port Barton, one of the staff girls came several times during the night to take care of me, she gave me local treatments and was very attentive to my condition; despite the somewhat rustic side of the hostel, the tents are spacious and you don't suffocate with others.

The place is in a great spot and the staff are lovely, so don't let the negative chatter scare you. I wish there were a chill zone—maybe a hammock or some couches—in addition to the plastic chairs and table, just to beat the heat in a cozy way, but otherwise everything was fine 😊

It’s handy for stashing your stuff for one night securely, but that’s all. Imagine sleeping on a campsite bed with eight people 😅 or better yet, just sleep on the beach 👍🏻

The tent stayed cool at night and we slept soundly; the facilities are always clean and well maintained. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, too. The relaxed vibe here is really nice and the value for money is excellent.
