The staff were unfriendly, and I had to argue to get the room I had booked. The bathroom was dirty and the towels were not clean.

The food was tasty, served in portions suitable for a family of two, and very good. The room was clean, comfortable, the kids liked it, and it was close to the destination. I’ll stay here again next time.
