The staff were very attentive, especially Jeanne and Sophia. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and Itzel taught my son how to make Mickey‑themed waffles! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect—right between Disney and Universal.

Everything was very neat and clean. The breakfast crew did a great job keeping the area stocked and tidy, and the coffee was better than I expected from a hotel. We enjoyed it! The only downside was that the food could have been warmer.

“Muy satisfechos”

The service was excellent, very attentive to everything, diligent, and made you feel at home. It’s comfortable, well‑located, and extremely clean—100 % recommendable. The only thing that could improve a bit is breakfast; something repeats but it’s not bad and is of good quality.

“Excellent! Except for the part where they charge separately for parking.”

Breakfast was good but a bit repetitive, and there weren’t many vegetarian or vegan options; more variety would be nice, but it met expectations. The beds were comfortable, the stay was quiet, the staff were very attentive, and the cleaning ladies were trustworthy—you can leave your things in the room and nobody will touch them, and they’re nice too. The only downside is parking: in 2026 it’s no longer free! You have to pay $7 per day, and for me, coming from Brazil, that makes a noticeable difference in the total accommodation cost. I liked everything else, but the daily parking fee is something to consider.
