“Absolutely Incredible & Cannot Recommend Enough!”
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My friend and I had the most amazing stay here and would love to return. It’s within easy reach from Lime Street and Liverpool ONE, making it the perfect location for anyone wanting to enjoy Liverpool in a five‑star accommodation. The staff let us check in early, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. They did everything they could to help and support us during our stay and were always happy to assist. Everyone spoke to us, even when we were just passing by—I’ve never felt more welcomed in a hotel. I want to give a special thank you to the doormen, who we both agreed made our stay. They were so friendly, approachable, and genuinely lovely, remembered us, and made entering and leaving the hotel a real highlight. One of the doormen even stopped to chat and point us out on our way home, wishing us well on our journey. I will miss their service at other hotels. The hotel was extremely clean, and we’ve never slept in a bed so comfortable. I can’t wait to return one day. The shower was small—usable and functional, but a little tinier than expected.
