The 24/7 reception was helpful, but the room was a nightmare: mold grew above the bed, the bathroom smelled so bad you couldn’t stay in the room even if you left the bathroom door open for a minute, the bedside light switch was missing, and the window was broken. For the price I expected worse, but I would have overlooked broken items; the stench, dirt, and mold were unacceptable.

This Kutaisi hotel is spotlessly clean and gorgeous; if you fly into Kutaisi Airport, it’s a perfect stop. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a coffee maker—there was one only in the seating area.

The location was good, the room was clean though a bit dated, the price‑quality ratio was great and the staff member Vanhit was very helpful, especially when I lost my wallet and he assisted me a lot. The room was a bit dated but still nice.
