“Being lied to about getting money back and then also the bugs”
I was told I would receive a refund, but no refunds were issued.
The price was reasonable, but an outlet was falling out of the wall and there was no coffee available.
“Just what we were looking for”
You get what you pay for. We were looking for a reasonable or cheap place to sleep for 8 hours. Parking was tight. The painted lines were a bit close!
The room was spotless and had a clean scent, but the woman at check‑in was on her phone the entire time.
Front desk staff, especially Ali, were very helpful. The place wasn’t the cleanest, but it was comfortable.
