The staff did their best to accommodate me when my first room was 88 degrees and the AC unit didn’t seem to work. It was midnight, so that inconvenience was why I wasn’t satisfied. See above.

Everything was terrible: the room wasn’t ready until after 4, the housekeeper threw away my food, the beds were awful, the hotel wasn’t clean, and the lobby, hallways, and elevator were hot.

There was no air conditioning, the rooms were nasty, the beds had pee stains, and the battery on our door died, locking us out for two hours.
