The night‑time staff were friendly and helpful, and Aurora and Nicole made the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 2—they were amazing; the beds were very comfortable too. The elevators had apparently been down for a month and we were never notified, the televisions in the rooms don’t work, and the morning staff were extremely unprofessional; they gave us dining coupons because of the elevator and TV issues only to have the staff not show up two times in a matter of three days so we couldn’t even use the coupons because no one showed up for the bistro restaurant.

The internet was out of service and so was the elevator, and they didn’t offer a discount; I tried to find another hotel but there was nothing in the area and it was for a birthday party, so I was in a bind and we just stayed there. The property is good, kids use the pool, and it was OK.

There was no WiFi, no working elevator, and no discount for either.

Hotel had a power outage since the Monday before my arrival and didn’t bother to inform me of this until I got there to check in on Friday. No tv no internet no air no elevator. I was left having to find last minute accommodations that cost me double to stay.
