“An ideal nightstop in Fontainebleau”
The hotel was elegant, right across from the Chateau of Fontainebleau and with a private car park; we stayed in a beautifully classic mini‑suite and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is personally run, with a great style that suits the castle setting and pays attention to detail; the breakfast is very good, and if you book in time you can also get a parking spot.

The setting, the bedding, the place, the quiet, and the welcome were all great. The lack of a kettle ruined the experience; the instant coffee and cardboard cups made this lovely property feel less special. Also, the shower handle is slippery at times, so a handhold would help.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The service was outstanding, the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was just right and delicious, and we especially appreciated the wonderful attention to detail throughout our stay. There was genuinely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was beautifully thought through, and the level of care and attention from the team made the whole experience feel effortless and special

The hotel’s charm, opposite Chateau Fontainebleau, made our room spacious and quiet by the courtyard. The bed was comfy and the bathroom roomy, though a coffee machine in the room would have been nice; there is a free one just off reception.
