I was in a tough spot because my flight was cancelled and it was already evening; the front‑desk lady worked hard to find me an alternate flight for the next day and to switch rooms since the original one had a broken bathroom. She was friendly, caring and helpful. The room itself was old and damp, though it had plenty of space. The sheets were dirty and stained, the bathroom was unusable, cramped, and unclean. The only thing that worked was the AC. After 9 pm there was nothing nearby to eat, so I had to order Uber.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Very trashy. Needs lots of updates! The sink in the bathroom leaked and the television only had a few channels.

I didn’t stay or sleep there. The surroundings were awful and substandard; I want my money back. I called over and over, but you never answered my phone. Send my money back, thanks. Send my money back. I slept or stayed in that bad and poor environment. You have a red carpet as an entity name and on the booking website you list the IPL Airport Inn. Bad business.
