“No es suite es una habitación con bañera normal por ese precio se consiguen mucho más mejores”

Nothing to recommend; it falls short of being a suite. The jacuzzi lacks hot water, the air‑conditioning control is faulty, the fridge is mediocre, and although free parking is advertised, it seems the agreement has ended and I ended up paying separately.

They didn’t honor the reservation I had made at all, and when I raised the issue they acted like it was nobody’s problem. I spent a good amount of time trying to get a straight answer, but the staff never took responsibility.
