“Lovely stay in Samui”

The hotel sits right on the beach, and the staff from the front desk to the spa ladies were very attentive; the location is good with a 7/11 nearby and many restaurants. The room was great value, the property was quiet, food arrived quickly, and the breakfast buffet was adequate. Some bedding and housekeeping requests weren’t followed up immediately and had to be chased a few times, but nothing major.

We stayed in beautiful connecting double rooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, which worked well for our family of five; the hotel sat in a quiet, relaxing area away from nightlife, reachable by a 30‑minute taxi ride, and it had a small but pleasant pool, very kind staff, and a happy hour. The only downside was that the cleaning could have been more thorough.

The setting was peaceful, the beach gorgeous, and the room very comfortable. The restaurant and buffet were on the beach, and the staff were attentive with excellent customer service. There are also nearby spots to walk to for breakfast and lunch if you don’t want to stay at the hotel all the time. Some details show a lack of investment; it was a great hotel a few years ago but now it’s no longer that level. Still, the value for money is very good, and if you don’t want the bustle of Koh Samui, the location is excellent.
