The area and the pool were great in the heat. In the attic rooms without air‑conditioning it was hard to sleep during extreme heat, but the staff moved us to a house with air‑conditioning!

The atmosphere here is just magical, with a strong sense of nostalgia that's hard to put into words. Being surrounded by nature and wildlife is a real treat, and I have to say, the cow named Baśka stole the show for me. However, I have to mention that not all the great things about this place are available during the fall and winter months.

The hotel's tranquil atmosphere and beautiful garden corners with animals were a lovely surprise. However, the front desk service was a letdown due to communication difficulties - the staff only spoke Polish and didn't make an effort to understand non-Polish speaking guests, including English. On the other hand, the museums and antique shops nearby were well-organized and spotless, making for a pleasant stroll. Overall, the hotel's strengths were overshadowed by the poor reception experience.
