“Pésimo servicio.”
We were moved to a place called Zafiro Beach. The place was in terrible condition: dirty, the room air conditioning didn’t work, no hot water, no elevator so we had to climb to the third floor with a one‑year‑old child and while pregnant, carrying everything up and down. A security guard helped us, but the TV in the lounge was broken and the screen wouldn’t display. The high waves made the building shake, windows rattled, and the room trembled. We had very bad nights and a horrible stay overall. There was no phone to reach the office, the pools were neglected, the floor looked ugly, and the plants were unkempt. In short, it was a disaster, nothing like the online photos. Don’t go. It’s not worth it. We already know Diamond and it isn’t a good hotel either, but they wouldn’t let us cancel, never answered my messages, and still charged us for the stay. We’ll never return, especially not to Zafiro.
We couldn’t stay because of a pool issue and they sent us to another hotel. 😡🤬😡

Nothing, I never even stepped into the hotel. They canceled at the last minute.
The hotel wasn’t even open and they didn’t warn us. When we arrived, it was closed and they sent us to another hotel that was even worse. It’s clear it’s been out of service for a long time.
It’s a scam; the hotel isn’t operating. They accept the reservation, but when you arrive you’re sent to another hotel, and it’s even worse.
