Everything was complete and close to the mall, beach, supermarket, etc., but the house operates as a self‑service guest house.

The room was smelly, moldy, and dirty.

If you want to cook yourself, the kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, rice cooker, utensils, and even a water dispenser. The cleanliness was okay; you could wash the dishes yourself before use. Everything worked, though some things weren't standard for the price. The bathroom had good water pressure and hot water. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There was a wardrobe and good storage options. It was quiet at night. A small seating area in front of the room offered a decent place to sit, though the view was not great. A large supermarket with cheap fresh meat and fish is a 5‑10 minute walk away, and you can buy toilet paper, dish soap, etc., but you must bring them yourself. A washing machine is available for an extra fee, but I chose a laundry service a few minutes away. For the price it was acceptable, yet there were some spider webs and other untidy spots. Communication with the hosts was a bit difficult; I sometimes missed them, but could contact them via WhatsApp for any issues. The family’s children helped, and the parents called when they weren’t on site. A small window above the entrance door couldn't be darkened, so there was outside light when sleeping, but it was tolerable. The location is outside central Sanur, so you should know that you’ll walk about 30 minutes or take a Gojek/Grap for 13,000 IDR. The area can feel a bit uneasy at night, with very quiet streets, dead rats, and dark alleys, but I didn’t have a bad experience.

The spot was great, close to the sea, supermarket, and gym, yet still away from the main road chaos. The owner was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, or at least with little care. I chose this room for the kitchen, but never used it due to cleanliness concerns. The bathroom was barely usable because the shower had no walls, so each shower flooded the room, leaving a moldy smell and it stayed closed for hours.
