The location in White Rock was great--close to White Rock's Overlook Park, Bandelier National Monument, the Valles Caldera, and the Puye Cliff dwellings. The room was clean and nicely equipped. and I appreciated the free hot breakfast with plenty of protein

“Not the greatest customer care!”

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent. However, the TV was broken, so we asked the front desk for help. A staff member came to replace the remote batteries, but that didn’t fix the TV. She promised to call us about a possible discount, never did, and the next morning a new front desk person—who seemed a bit aloof and smirked—told us she’d bring the issue to the regional manager later that week. We’re still waiting for any response, and it’s Thursday now, which is pretty disappointing.

“Charged twice”

The location is good and the hotel stays clean, but I was double‑charged and still haven’t gotten a refund for the second payment. I paid in full, yet the receptionist said my card was declined the first time and then charged me again. He claimed the hotel hadn’t received payment and that the second charge would be refunded once they received it. Ironically, the email receipt showed $0, yet my card was debited two days after checkout.

“Hotel is very clean.”

My room was very clean, but the hotel overbooked and canceled some reservations. Although my room wasn’t affected, I asked if they would relocate guests who were turned away, and they said no. I don’t care about that particular situation, but it worries me for future stays.
