The hotel is lovely and just a short walk from the centre; my room was quiet and cozy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation sits on a quiet street yet is only a 10‑minute walk from the historic centre; the rooms are comfortable with plenty of blankets, and the rooftop lounge and breakfast area give amazing volcano views. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always ready to help, plus they ran an efficient laundry service that finished in a day. Boxed breakfasts were offered for guests heading out on tours, a nice touch. The TV had streaming options, which was convenient. However, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work, and the room could use a few more hangers and a hairdryer, which can be requested. Water is sold at reception, and it would be nice to have glassware in the room for water storage and drinking. My room, 102, was next to reception and was occasionally disturbed by guests checking in. When I went out for the day, I had to leave the room key at reception.

Un accueil 24h/24 toujours au top. Un logement extra, un petit déjeuner tres bon. On ne peut que recommander cette hôtel. On nous a aider pour trouver une excursion et nous avons pu rester jusqu'au soir le dernier jour pour prendre un bus. Vraiment un super séjour. Rien

The location is about a 10‑minute walk from the centre. The host is very friendly. The rooms are decent, clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast on the terrace is very pleasant.
