“Great value for price, and very hospitable and friendly staff”

The location was great, very convenient. The room had a nice balcony and I enjoyed the breakfast selection. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and courteous. I think the room could have been a bit cleaner. The shower was a bit cramped.

“Soggiorno piacevole, staff gentilissimo, ottima posizione”

Excellent spot, just a few steps from Place Monge stop of line 7, and a 10‑minute walk to Notre Dame. The area is quiet, even at night. On Sundays there's a nice market in the adjacent square, full of bakeries and supermarkets like Carrefour and Franprix. The hotel room was very pretty but tiny. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. It was great that I could leave my luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. The room cleaning was not up to par. Unfortunately, at check‑in the carpet, which already didn't inspire confidence for me, hadn't been cleaned. I must admit they were very kind in offering to clean it before the scheduled time since we were early, perhaps that explains it. We found various stains and even a piece of dental floss on the floor. In the bathroom there was urine in the toilet and the chain hadn't been pulled. The sink was full of water and I couldn't tell if it was clogged or just the stopper was closed. Luckily it was the latter, but to open it I had to put my hands in stagnant water, which was not pleasant at all. The shower curtain was completely yellowed; I would suggest removing it entirely. Otherwise, towels were changed every day and the cleaning was excellent, but for the price paid I would expect perfect cleanliness since the room is not that great. It's pretty, maybe you pay mostly for the location, but it's definitely overpriced for everything else unfortunately. The last negative note is the fridge in the room, which definitely doesn't keep anything cold. I reported it but I think the appliances are just low quality.

Good location, friendly staff, relatively comfortable small room, I liked the breakfast a lot, it had a bit of everything, I totally recommend it. The only downside was the very small bathroom, especially the shower.

I found the bed good, even though the room was very small and cramped. The location is great. The room cleaning was terrible: they left used glasses, dirty linens that weren't changed until I asked, and they only made the bed and swapped towels. They didn't restock amenities, the fridge didn't cool properly, there was no ice at the hotel, and there was no outlet in the bathroom for the hair dryer, so I had to plug it in the room. Breakfast was noisy because the kitchen was next door and the door was open.

I absolutely love everything about it. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the kindness, warmth, and wonderful attitude of everyone who works here. There is something very special about the atmosphere you have created. I love my room, I love the balcony, I love the location, and I truly appreciate the price. Everything feels just right. There is honestly nothing negative I could say about my experience. I have completely fallen in love with this place. It feels charming, welcoming, peaceful, and full of that beautiful Parisian spirit I was hoping to experience. Every detail contributes to making my stay feel special. Most of all, I want to thank the people who work here. Kindness makes such an enormous difference when you are away from home, and I truly appreciate the way I have been treated.
