The breakfast and location were good, but we weren’t told that Saturday breakfast would start later, so we couldn’t enjoy it.

The location and breakfast were good, but the room lacked a closet.

The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are beautiful and the little balcony is a pleasant treat. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were always extremely kind. If we return to Santiago, we’ll know exactly where to stay.

We loved our stay at Maison Italia; the staff were friendly, the room was nice with an adjoining terrace, and the service was welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with great coffee. We enjoyed the area and especially El Hoyo, a fantastic restaurant close to the hotel. I’d recommend this boutique hotel for a stay in Santiago, even though the room was a little small but fine for a few days.
