The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are newly renovated, and the modern bathroom was a great highlight. There is plenty of hassle-free parking on-site, and the location serves as an excellent base for day trips, exploring nearby towns, and visiting local beaches. The breakfast was also good. The property has great potential, but it falls short on a few small details. The older air conditioning unit makes unusual noises, especially at night. While having a balcony is a plus, the lack of an insect screen means you cannot leave the door open without bugs getting in. In the room, there is only one power socket by the bed, so you have to choose between plugging in the lamp or charging your phone. Lastly, minor presentation details like handwritten breakfast table markers feel a bit unpolished. With a bit more attention to detail, this place would be top-notch

The apartment is very pretty and well cared for, excellent services, and the owners’ kindness and availability! The location is a bit inconvenient in Rovigno and difficult to reach in terms of traffic.
