The view and terrace were great, but the location was far from the pier.

Nothing positive. When we arrived they told us only two of the three rooms were available, so we had to fight hard for a free cancellation. The owner was unresponsive and struggled with English over the phone. The rooms we saw were damp and dark, and the wide‑angle photos were misleading.

The bed was very comfortable, Wi‑Fi worked well, hot water was available, and there was a power outlet next to the bed. On the upper floor the hotel offered a beautiful terrace overlooking the Mekong River, and the owner was attentive. On the lower floor there was free coffee and tea. However, the room had a lot of bugs, even on the bed, and overall cleanliness was lacking, though opinions may vary.
