“Great location. Close to everything”

The location was great, right near everything I wanted to visit. I liked the two female clerks, Gulia and the tall blonde, who were both very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp. My first room was next to the bookkeeper and cleaning supplies, feeling more like a dungeon, and the bathtub had a ring of dirt. The manager said no other rooms were available, but someone on our tour swapped rooms with me, and room 218 turned out better.

“Jederzeit gerne wieder.”

The hotel is very walkable, and the terrace with a bar is a nice spot to wind down in the evening. The rooms are a bit noisy; in the morning I could hear street noise even with the windows closed. It’s limited, probably because the hotel is on a side street, but it still woke me up.

The breakfast was extraordinary, the bathroom was fine, and the location is nicely situated in the center. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and the price‑quality ratio is very good. A tip for the hotel: the carpet in the annex’s stairwell looks dirty and worn, which doesn’t match the otherwise well‑maintained hotel.

The location is excellent and the staff are great, especially Julia the administrator—communicative, responsive, kind, and attentive to all our questions and requests. At first we were assigned a room that didn’t match our preferences, but with Julia’s help we were moved to a good room and we were very satisfied.
