“Experiência decepcionante do início ao fim”

I was disappointed. I arrived early for directions, but no one was there. The phone number was wrong, I had to call another number, waited a long time, got instructions but couldn't open the gate, and no one helped. Guests mentioned sheets hadn’t been changed in days, so I didn’t trust the cleanliness. I decided not to stay and was still charged a cancellation fee, which feels unfair.
