“UN LUGAR PARA DESCANSAR”
Excellent location close to everything needed: grocery stores, Walmart, Oxxo, Paseo Montejo, trucks, and very close to La Plancha (10 minutes walking). Truly highly recommended.

Highly recommended for short or long work stays! Friendly staff, great location, clean and easy to get to and move around from the apartments. All was good, thanks.

I liked the location a lot, close to Paseo Montejo, Walmart, banks, La Plancha (recreational area), small shops, especially because they were always attentive to me, the bill on time, the cleanliness, the service—everything was 10. Thank you very much.

When I arrived late in the afternoon, the man who greeted me left a very good first impression. The hotel itself is in decent condition and the room was very clean, though the facilities feel a bit dated. The shower area is charming because of its slightly old‑fashioned vibe, and the bathroom is spacious. The kitchenette is more than enough for a solo traveler, with a new fridge, microwave, and coffee machine that are all spotless. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and water are provided, as well as dish soap. The main room has a Smart TV and reliable internet. The location is great: close to the upscale old quarters, giving a sense of safety and calm, and it’s easy to walk down Paseo de Montejo to the Centro Histórico. A nearby shopping center with a Walmart is handy for daily groceries. The staff are friendly and pleasant; I had an electrical issue in the room, and after a brief delay everything was fixed with a smile. Special kudos to the housekeeping ladies: they are very efficient (I repeat, the room is VERY clean), and they are also very friendly and smiling. However, a WhatsApp number for communication (with translation) would be helpful, since no one speaks English, which always surprises me when traveling. It’s especially important to have a way to reach someone outside front desk hours. I had an electrical problem at 6:30 am, and the first person arrived only at 9:00 am. Moreover, no one answered the number given on Booking or the one on the front desk door, which was a bit stressful and nearly made me cancel the reservation, even though the rest of the week went well. The value for money is good, but it’s still a bit too expensive for what’s offered.
