My stay had its positives and negatives. The area was clean and nice, but there were several issues with my experience. The internet was down, I had trouble getting my room key to work, and the air conditioning took some figuring out to get working properly. To top it off, the front desk staff forgot about the bottles of water they had promised, which added to the inconvenience.

My stay was a bit of a letdown. While the room itself was great, the experience was marred by a couple of issues. The air conditioning was set to heat when we arrived, and the front desk staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, which made for a frustrating start to our stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view and proximity to the beach were fantastic, but unfortunately, our room had a severe bug infestation. My husband got over 50 bug bites all over his body, and although we reported the issue to the front desk and even spoke with the manager, Will, we never received a response or any assistance.
