The hotel was in a good area, and the staff were very nice and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. The building is older and needs some work; the bathroom faucet was broken, breakfast had limited options, and the room smelled because of the carpeting.

The location was fine, nothing else was good. The front desk staff were extremely rude. The room wasn't clean; they had caulked the bathtub but left long strands of hair from the caulk, black mold on the tub, and blood in the bathroom. Cigarette butts littered the premises. The handicap rail in the tub was too loose to hold onto. We bought a pizza hot pocket that was overpriced and stale. The hotel was way overpriced for how gross it was. I entered the dining area at 4 minutes until 10, the lady in front of me started removing the serving utensils, then left to bring fresh eggs for a Hispanic family still dining – it felt racially discriminatory. Huge stains on the carpet, the desk chair was broken, towels were left outside our door to be replaced, and they took the dirty ones. We had to go downstairs for a clean one, even though we knew staff were in our room while we weren't. They had some cold sodas but didn't make the bed or anything. Total disaster.

The hotel was in the right spot for our needs. Unfortunately, the sheets were stained, the room had a bad odor, the carpet was damp and dirty, Wi‑Fi was extremely slow, the TV didn't work well, the comforter was falling apart, a staff member was rude, the elevator felt wobbly, graffiti covered its walls, and the shower was disgusting.
