The beds were lumpy and the pillows were terrible, so I couldn't sleep; the only positive was the pool, and the food was too expensive.

The staff and location were fine, but the air‑conditioning was cold. There was no swimming pool; the staff said the city had shut it down for some time, yet it still appears in the amenities list, disappointing the grandkids who were looking forward to it, and there was no fan in the bathroom.
