The communication was spot on from the moment I booked to when I checked in. The facilities were top‑class and the breakfast spread was amazing. Honestly, nothing could have been better.

The room was clean and all the amenities were at my fingertips. The downside? The AC never turned on, so it got pretty hot. On top of that, they asked for a €250 deposit via bank transfer and it took us over two weeks to get it back.

The bedding was super comfy, the food was delicious and suited every taste, and the décor had a nice touch of style. On the flip side, the shower drained poorly—probably hair in the drain—and the jacuzzi never warmed past 25°C, so we didn’t use it at all.
