تعامل جدا راقي من الجميع شكرا شكرا شكرا جزيلا على الهدية الجميلة في الترقية من غرفة إلى جناح وهذا ينم عن كرم وأصالة الشعب السعودي. أما بالنسبة عن الضيافة فأنتم أهل الضيافة وأهل الكرم. أيضا أود أن أشكر الأخ مشرف الذي كان يشرف على ترتيب الغرفة وتنظيفها بشوش الوجه حسن التعامل. كانت هذه أول تجربة لي معكم وبإذن الله تتكرر في المرات القادمة ❤❤

“Location is ideal to spend time comfortably at Al Haram”

The location is super convenient, within walking distance of Al‑Haram and malls; the staff are lovely, especially Abd Ar‑Rahman for the warm welcome and Muhammad Al‑Amin for housekeeping; breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh, high‑quality food, and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect, from the suite and reception to the food and cleanliness; the location is strategic and close to the Haram, just a 10‑minute walk, and to reach the Kaaba quickest, head to door 79—thanks to Ms. Azzah Al‑Sanuusi for making sure everything was flawless.
