The staff were friendly, but the room was not cleaned properly; dust covered everything, mold appeared in the bathroom, and there was a strange, disgusting residue on the wall behind the TV—like someone had thrown up. The room was just nasty, with a dust pile left on the floor. We avoided taking a shower or using the tub because of how it looked, and the view outside showed men living at the hotel who were not noisy or bothersome, yet seeing two women alone outside made us feel unsafe. We couldn't sleep well, worried about our safety.
