Great location, brand‑new and welcoming building. The room was really very small, as often happens unfortunately in Japan.
“Zeer vriendelijk personeel en perfecte ligging”
A very clean place in a perfect spot.
“Hotel consigliato!”
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is definitely good for its location and Tokyo standard. The breakfast is expensive, and even though it’s a hotel, housekeeping only starts after the third night.
“This is my second time staying at Hotel Resol Akihabara and I would definitely booked this hotel again.”
The staff were extremely helpful, especially when my air‑con leaked onto the bed randomly on my last night. A kind man from reception came to help change the bedding for me. They have plenty of helpful posters in the lobby to assist travellers with things to do and how to get around, including assistance booking luggage transfer. They have a cute little robot in reception which I love but I didn’t get to see her out and about at all this time!
“Very good for a short stay in a busy area. I would stay again!”
The spot is convenient and the price is great, with good quality overall. I found the location a bit rough, but personally I thought it was quaint. The tub is small, which I’d rather avoid for a walk‑in shower.
