“Experiencia decepcionante. No volveríamos.”
The natural pool was pretty, but getting to the accommodation was very difficult: we had to drive on an unpaved gravel road with a steep descent that took about 30 minutes, and this wasn’t clearly mentioned in the description or during prior communication. Claiming that shops were 8 minutes away was misleading, because leaving the property is hard and not practical to repeat that walk. The facilities were in bad shape and gave the feel of an abandoned hotel. The room was too hot and had no fan. The food seemed overpriced—$40,000 for a burrito. The worst part was the hosts’ attitude; when we raised concerns, they basically said we had to accept the conditions because it was an eco‑accommodation, with no real willingness to help. We understand the eco concept, but that doesn’t excuse omitting important information or neglecting the facilities. We don’t recommend this place without first checking the access conditions, room comfort, and available services.
