The room was good but there was a lot of noise from the nearby railway crossing. Breakfast was good and the staff were fine. The underground lobby was noisy from trains passing by, the black toilet fittings were unappealing—white or light colours would make dirt visible and easier to clean—and the taps had lost their golden shine. The area around the shower compartment was not very clean, so overall bathroom cleanliness needs attention.

The rooms are spacious, clean and have a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent with a wide spread, live counters, and friendly staff. We had a great experience staying here.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the lighting is good, breakfast is fine, and the staff member Fawaz at reception is very respectful and helpful. The hotel entrance leads down to the parking lot, so you can only enter and exit that way.

The room had plenty of space inside. The AC didn’t work, so we had to change rooms, and the staff were not polite.
