The room and bed were very comfortable. The room service was unacceptable; even no water was provided daily, only on the first day as a welcome, one bottle of water was given. The bar service was unacceptable; if you want a coffee you have to prepare it yourself but you still have to pay for it.

The location was great near the U2 train station, staff was very friendly and helpful, and I liked how clean it was. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Berlin! I have no complaints really.

Just the comfort and the courtesy of some staff. Service prices were extortionate! Breakfast cost more than a dinner for two people at a Paris restaurant (Le Train Bleu). Laundry services were ridiculously expensive. I don’t recommend it and would not return.

Die Zimmerauswahl war leider nicht gut. Zimmer eins am Eingang zum Spa-Bereich, war viel los. Zimmer zwei war ein behindertengerechtes Rollstuhlzimmer, obwohl dies nicht nötig war. Hier war die Ausstattung nicht wie gewünscht

Everything was perfect – the hotel was excellent, the breakfast impeccable, the room very comfortable and clean, the staff always ready to help with cordiality and politeness, and I had no complaints.
