“Truly relaxing place”

We had a truly wonderful and relaxing stay in a beautiful, welcoming place. The property felt charming and peaceful, perfect for a few days of pure relaxation. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, and the accommodation provided every comfort needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail, warm atmosphere, and excellent breakfast made the experience even more special. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to create comfort and tranquility. It was a beautiful spot to unwind, enjoy the scenery, and simply slow down. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily return. Highly recommended! One small suggestion: a better hairdryer would be nice.

“Gorgeous stay!”

The views were gorgeous, and the honor bar and commissary were so convenient. The architectural touches were comfortable and thoughtful. The staff were accommodating. The outdoor space was lovely; we struggled to choose where to have our morning coffee and evening wine. The Hobbit Bar was delightful. Breakfast foods were generous and provided in the unit for us to cook ourselves. Fresh bread was delivered daily—a nice touch. It was perfect!

The house (Casa da Bica) was amazing. I felt right at home, which rarely happens on vacation. The location is exceptional with an incredible outdoor space that invites rest. The sunset from the kitchen table each night was incredible—a dream. The breakfast items were simple; more “authentic” local cheese, preserves, and charcuterie would be welcome, and a sweet option (a pie or cake using the garden eggs and apples?) would be nice. A few spider webs here and there, but nothing truly bothersome.

The entire complex is beautifully designed and very comfortable; it seems they thought about every detail in our house, and the Hobbit bar is also fantastic.
