The breakfast was excellent, the staff were superb, the location was handy with bus 9 right at the door to the centre, and the room was spacious, which made my Enschede visit spectacular despite the pillows.

The beds were far too soft, and at breakfast I wished there were more gluten‑free (muesli) and vegan (yogurt) options.

The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. However, the housekeeping seemed rushed and missed details; fresh towels were often insufficient for the number of guests, so I had to ask the front desk repeatedly. The beds were not made neatly and the sheets weren’t changed regularly during my 10‑day stay. The floor never appeared vacuumed, and the shower drain wasn’t cleaned properly or regularly. These housekeeping issues definitely need improvement.
