The front‑desk team was radiant, the central location was great, and room 413 had a wide street‑side window and a decent breakfast selection—overall, I’d come back. However, room 413 lacked a bedside shelf, the outlets were awkwardly placed and only type‑A, the bathroom was tiny with no storage and no hooks for towels, and the toilet‑paper holder under the shower was uncovered, which made me chuckle. These are all minor details.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free water and fast Wi‑Fi that let me work smoothly from my computer. The room’s location near the restaurant and the property’s proximity to SM, the public market, and the port were convenient. The only downside was that the bed was uncomfortable.

I like that the basic single room had everything I needed - a bed side table, another table and chair with mirror, hangers, slippers, a trashcan in the main room and 1 in the toilet, wifi, tv,, soap and shampoo. Even the switch to the room's light was located beside the bed where you didnt have to stand to turn it on and off. The bedsheets were clean and cushion was comfortable. The room was quiet and I had good sleep. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The guard helped me take my luggage to my room on the 3rd floor. It was strategically located near the Ormoc port with restaurants nearby. Value for money. It was actually beyond my expectation. I'm very happy, I booked Red Doorz Ormoc even if it was last minute. I would definitely come back. None

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the attention to detail and the obvious effort that had gone into keeping the place spotless.
