Brisa do Lago Pousada

Everything was perfect; the boat trips depart right from the riverside lodge, the staff were very welcoming, and we’ll definitely come back!

My family and I stayed at Brisa do Lago from 15/09 to 19/09 and received excellent service. The owners, Zé Antônio—Goiano—and Flávia were attentive and communicative, sharing great stories. The place is nice, with solid nautical, sports, and laser facilities that let us enjoy every area peacefully. It’s near Rio Turvo, Complexo da Capivara, Parque Pauá, plus trails and waterfalls.

The location and facilities are good; it’s simple but cozy. Vera, the staff member, is a sweetheart—super attentive and helpful to guests. However, the lodge needs to improve its restaurant; the menu is very limited, lunch isn’t offered, dinner must be requested by 18:30 at the latest, and there’s no bar that stays open later. The “prainha” area could also be better maintained, and cars or boats are forbidden in front of the loungers; the view is beautiful but gets blocked by this.

The setting and view are perfect, and the people are friendly; the room smells wonderful. The breakfast, though tasty, offers too few fruit options and needs more variety and quantity because it runs out quickly. Adding a playground for kids, a bounce house or something similar would be great, but overall the atmosphere is very welcoming.
