“Close to Termini”
The location is great, the place is very clean, and the staff are friendly.
A cozy stay in a charming, authentic building located in a great part of Rome, with plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby, and the metro and Termini Station just a short walk away; the city centre is about 15 minutes on foot. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and we really enjoyed our time and would gladly return.
“Great Location and Lovely Hospitality”
We were greeted by a very pleasant manager who was always available and kept in touch throughout our stay. I liked the location—close to the metro and train station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. I also appreciated being able to unlock the doors with my phone, which was very convenient. One rainy day I wanted to quickly run to a shop for umbrellas, but the manager kindly offered us umbrellas from the hotel instead, a thoughtful and lovely gesture. The downside was that our window faced the building’s inner courtyard; we usually kept the windows closed and used the air conditioning, but one evening we opened them and smelled a strong cooking‑oil odor coming from the restaurant kitchen below.
“테르미니역 근처 좋은 위치와 좋은 숙소”
I experienced the built‑in elevator and found the nearby bus stop convenient for moving around; the local mini‑markets and cafés were easy to use, and the host’s local tips were helpful. However, there was no separate “no disturbance” sign, and although we stayed for several nights, the room was not cleaned and no towels were changed. When I messaged on WhatsApp, the staff claimed that the sign had been put up and that’s why they didn’t do it, which caused a bit of a back‑and‑forth, but eventually they brought us the missing towels. It seemed the “no disturbance” sign was hanging near our radiator before we even checked in, so we thought we were the ones who had placed it. After clearing up the misunderstanding, a staff member came to give us towels and was very friendly, but the WhatsApp communication felt a bit awkward.
The location is excellent, and the check‑in and check‑out communication was smooth; I would highly recommend.
