Staying at Kimmane Resort was unforgettable thanks to the team’s exceptional hospitality: Sharath at reception gave a warm, seamless welcome; Suman in the restaurant provided fantastic, attentive service; Tanmay handled room service promptly and courteously; and Lama offered cheerful buggy rides around the beautiful property while snapping photos at the best spots. Their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail made the getaway perfect, and we’re eager to return. The only downside was that both rooms and bar drinks felt a bit pricey, especially for those opting for half or full board; a barbecue station by the golf course would be a nice addition, and the lack of pork or fish was disappointing.

The stay was perfect: the staff were good, the place was clean, and overall it was a 10/10.

The hotel itself looks lovely and calm, and it could offer a real upscale stay, but the front desk staff were polite and helpful. Yet the pest problem was outrageous for a place that calls itself a luxury resort—cockroaches swarmed the bar and dining areas, showing clear lapses in pest control and hygiene, which made the experience very unpleasant and hurt the overall impression.

The spread of breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent, and the rooms are among the best I've ever stayed in after visiting 57 countries, so I can't find anything to complain about.
